Real Property Transfer Inspections

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Wyoming County Sanitary Code Article XII requires inspection and certification of private water and sewage disposal systems serving structures used for human occupancy whenever properties are sold or transferred.

These inspections and certifications are critical for protecting public health and ensuring that systems are operating properly, especially in properties where human occupancy is involved.
