SEWAGE DISPOSAL PERMIT WAIVER

  • This office recommends that, prior to any development of vacant land, a comprehensive site plan be established for the placement of buildings and infrastructure, including well and wastewater disposal systems serving the property.
  • This office recognizes that not all developed properties need to be served by potable water and wastewater disposal systems. As a result, the requirement to submit an application for a sewage disposal permit and subsequent percolation test may be waived. Click here for the sewage disposal permit waiver form.
  • For sites where the proposed design cannot meet the standards of Appendix 75-A due to existing conditions, click here for the specific waiver for onsite sewage disposal systems waiver request form.
