PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The purpose of this program is to ensure compliance with Article VIII of the Wyoming County Sanitary Code through investigations into nuisance complaints.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Upon receipt of a nuisance complaint, an investigation will take place to determine if a public health hazard exists.
- If a public health hazard is found, the owner will be required to eliminate or correct the condition creating the hazard.
