It is the mission of the Wyoming County Department of Social Services to provide the most efficient and equitable services to our community and ensure that we are reaching our most vulnerable populations to promote a healthy well-being and striving to empower our customers to achieve self-sufficiency and independence while maintaining the integrity of our programs.

Our goal at the Department of Social Services is a community where children, adults and families are healthy and safe and enjoy a quality life. As a responsive and efficient organization, we seek to continually engage the community in defining the role of Social Services.
