DCAP helps individuals receiving Temporary Assistance (TA), Medicaid, or SNAP benefits apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
We guide you through the application process and provide support if your claim is denied, including assistance with filing appeals. Our goal is to make it easier for you to access the benefits you need.
DCAP also helps clients understand eligibility requirements, gather necessary documents, and navigate ongoing changes to their benefits, ensuring they receive the full support they are entitled to.
