Heap benefits:

Wyoming County DSS is pleased to say that the federal government released the funding for HEAP.  Therefore, effective December 1^st, we are able to accept HEAP applications!  Regular HEAP is scheduled to operate through April 7^th, 2026.  The opening day for cooling components is expected to be April 15^th with a closing date of June 22^nd.
