About VINELink
VINELink is the online platform for VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday), the National Victim Notification Network. This service provides crime victims and concerned citizens with timely, reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Users can register to receive automated notifications via phone, email, or TTY device whenever an offender’s custody status changes. Registration is also available through participating state or county toll-free numbers.
