The following towns have reentered into a contract with Waste Management for the provision of solid waste removal and recycling services:

- Castile
- Covington
- Eagle
- Gainesville
- Genesee Falls
- Middlebury
- Orangeville
- Perry
- Pike
- Sheldon
- Warsaw
- Wethersfield
This service is provided as a town-wide basis. It is not optional and there is no option to opt-out of this program for individual residents. The cost of this service has been added to each participating town's tax roll.
