The Office of the Wyoming County District Attorney does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age in the delivery of services to victims of crime.

Any person who believes they have been excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any federally funded program or activity administered by DCJS or its subrecipients because of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age or physical or mental disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability may file a discrimination complaint with Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act.

Our agency receives federal funding from the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) through DCJS. Anyone who believes they have experienced discrimination by our office may file a complaint with DCJS or the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office for Civil Rights.
