The county's GIS team uses the "where" components of information to provide meaningful visualizations. It utilizes Geographic Information System (GIS) to combine data from various sources to create (geographical) maps and mapping applications that:

Provide our constituents with essential information via online mapping such as real property data, garbage pickup, land use, and environmental features.
Supports the county's departments in effective and efficient data management and (field) data collection - enhancing property records, emergency response efforts, and infrastructure planning.
Empowers county leadership to make smart and informed, data-driven, decisions that drive responsible growth and community development.
