Renting a conference room

The Wyoming County Ag & Business Center has six Conference Rooms available for the public to rent.

• To reserve a Conference Room, please fill out the Use of Facilities Agreement and Reservation Form, email it to wyomingagcenter@cornell.edu, or call (585) 786-2251.
• Click on the calendar to view availability and scheduled events. 

Please note

• It is important that the person reserving the room reads the Use of Facilities Agreement thoroughly.  
• If numerous chairs or tables need to be moved or reconfigured, a ticket must be submitted to Buildings and Grounds in advance. 
  • They will handle both the setup and the restoration of the room to its original configuration.
