The Wyoming County Office of Emergency Services is an American Heart Association approved Training Center that offers First Aid and CPR training.
First Aid
Learn about first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.
CPR
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. CPR is important because it keeps the blood flow active and may extend the opportunity for a successful resuscitation once trained medical staff arrive on site.
