Agricultural Exemption Process

SOIL AND WATER MAP

You will need to submit a Soil Group Worksheet to Wyoming County Soil and Water for a soil and water map to submit with your Agricultural Assessment application.

• A $25 map fee will apply

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Complete the application
  • Download the RP-305 Agricultural Assessment Application
    • If your parcel is rented, include a copy of the 5-year lease
  • For newly constructed or reconstructed agricultural structures: Download the exemption form.
• Obtain your soil and water map and include it with your application
• Applications must be submitted no later than March 1st
• Submit your complete application and all required documents to your Town Assessor

ANNUAL RENEWAL

To maintain your exemption, submit Form RP-305-r Agricultural Assessment Renewal Certification no later than March 1st each year.
