Undersheriff Colin P.B. Reagan was appointed Undersheriff of Wyoming County on January 1, 2023, by Sheriff David P. Linder. A member of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office since 2005, Undersheriff Reagan has also served part-time with both the Warsaw and Perry Police Departments.

Throughout his tenure with the Sheriff’s Office, he has held various roles, including Road Patrol Deputy, Road Patrol Sergeant, Field Training Deputy, and Field Training Supervisor. In addition to his patrol duties, he has served the State of New York as a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) since 2013, and became a DRE Instructor in 2022.

Undersheriff Reagan has been recognized multiple times for his dedication to public safety. His honors include the Exceptional Service Award from the Genesee/Orleans Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (2008), Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Individual Officer Recognition Awards in both 2008 and 2018, and Deputy of the Year for 2012, awarded by then-Sheriff Farris S. Heimann.

He is a 2004 graduate of Erie Community College in Orchard Park, NY, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in General Studies and obtained certification as a New York State Paramedic. In March 2025, Undersheriff Reagan graduated from the FBI National Academy, a ten-week training program for law enforcement executives which was held at the FBI Training Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
