Registration faq's

  • What vendor number do I use during registration? 
    • Leave the Existing Vendor Number field blank. Do not enter any number. A new number will be assigned to you once your registration is approved. 
  •  What Entity Code should I use when registering?
    • Use Entity Code "1" for the initial registration.  
  • Do I need a Commodity Code?
    • No. Leave the Commodity Code field blank.  This field is not currently used. 
  • Is the system case-sensitive when typing?
    • Yes.  Use all capital letters for fields during registration or updates. 
  • Can I start the registration process now and finish it later?
    • No. The system does not save your information until you complete the final step.  It is recommended that you complete the registration in one session and wait for a confirmation email.
  • I'm getting an unexpected error message when trying to register. What should I do?
    • Google Chrome is the recommended web browser for accessing Vendor Self Services. If the issue persists, please contact the Treasurer's Office for assistance.
