Wyoming County acts as an agent for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. The County Clerk is responsible for the daily operations of this office. As an agent of the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, sales tax is collected for all motor vehicle transactions not processed through dealers. Wyoming County is a full service facility.

We will continue to process registration renewals and plate surrenders through the drop box located at our DMV office at 6 Perry Ave., Warsaw, New York. We encourage and invite everyone to utilize our local DMV office.
